Returns & Exchanges

At PORTA, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PORTA account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective inserts to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned furniture or decor, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
