Most in-stock items are delivered within 7-14 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, our logistics partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient arrival window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, PORTA ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all PORTA furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric swatches to help you choose the perfect texture and color for your space. You can request these directly on the product page.
